   Rock Island is able to offer rebuilt power steering boxes for all Defender models, $475 + CORE + SHIPPING AND TAX'S.
   The power Box's are rebuilt through a shop who supplies us and all recon boxes carry a 1 year limited warranty.
   Core charge is $100 + Tax. Currently only 4 pin Boxes on stock all others would have to be shipped and then rebuilt.

  REBUILT LT77 GEAR BOXES AND LT230 TRANSFER BOXES.
ROCK ISLAND is pleased to say that soon we will be available to offer Rebuilt LT77 gear boxes and LT230 transfer boxes. Typically main out put shaft wear, Syncro and bearing failure are the down fall of the LT77. Non cross drilled Main input gear on the transfer boxes are the lead to over heating and failure. Watch for prices and info.

Rebuilt gear box and transfer boxes will be subject to a suitable core being sent to us that is suitable for the re-man process. Any boxes that are completely broken and not worth rebuilding will loose core charge.
Basic rebuild for LT77 and R380 including all new Syncro, bearings, seals  $1500 + GST + Core, Add new mainshaft for $180
Transfer boxes $1050 for full rebuild with basic kit + GST + Core
If additional parts are required such as gears these will be supplied at cost.    All come with 1 year limited labor and new parts only warranty.    All shipping costs are at cost.  We have shippers who can ship USA and Canada wide.
